What we do
Complete heat treatment and thermochemical treatment with controlled processes
We set up every order according to the material and the required properties. We carefully record the process, measure hardness (Rockwell, Vickers, Brinell) and add metallography by agreement.

- Gas nitriding — Ø 900×1200 mm · 1,500 kg
- Multi-purpose furnace lines — load dimensions and weight on request
- TENIFER QPQ — black, glossy surface
- HF induction hardening — Ø 250 mm, max. length on request
